Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of TrustDeskAI, a trust & safety automation platform operated by Elite AI Holdings LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
TrustDeskAI provides AI-assisted DMCA/complaint intake, case triage, and trust & safety workflow automation for hosting providers, PaaS, and marketplaces. AI-generated triage and recommendations are informational and require human review before action is taken.
3. Customer data
You may submit your own customers' complaint/case data to the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process that data and for your own obligations to your customers and to law (including DMCA, GDPR/CCPA as applicable to you).
4. Billing
Paid plans (Starter / Growth / Scale) bill monthly to the card on file. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite AI Holdings LLC's total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
