Your account details, and the case/complaint data (which may include your customers' personal information) that you submit to the Service for triage and processing.
How we use it
To operate case triage/automation for your account and provide support. We do not sell your data or your customers' data, and we do not use it to train models shared across customers.
Your rights
Request a copy or deletion of your account data by emailing support@eliteagenticsolutions.com. If you are a data subject whose information was submitted BY one of our customers, contact that customer directly — TrustDeskAI processes that data on our customer's behalf.
